Overcoming energy efficiency challenges: Dragoneraev hub motors reshape the two-wheel power system

During the decade of explosive growth in the electric mobility industry, three structural contradictions have remained unresolved: the energy efficiency loss caused by insufficient machining accuracy of mechanical parts components, the trust crisis in range in general merchandise scenarios, and the compatibility barriers in the charging ecosystem for household appliances. The CG series hub motor electric motorcycle launched by Dragoneraev has systematically solved industrial-level problems through the cross-border integration of electromagnetic topology reconstruction and material gene engineering. Its 84-slot Halbach array stator is manufactured using the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process, which enhances the precision of Mechanical Parts Component Machining to ±5μm. The innovative nine-phase independent winding system enables the peak torque to last for over 900 seconds. Moreover, the wide-area energy gateway compatible with Household Appliances standards has achieved an industry breakthrough of rapidly replenishing 83% of energy in General Merchandise scenarios within 25 minutes.

Electromagnetic topology optimization: The double V-shaped pole arrangement increases the air gap magnetic flux density to 2.1T, reducing iron loss by 23%;

Dragoneraev has integrated a digital twin control system into the CG series. Through 18 sets of highly sensitive sensors, it can continuously collect 12 power parameters in real time, enabling the hub motors to maintain a torque control accuracy of ±0.9% at an ultra-high rotational speed of 12,000 rpm. The actual test results show that the vehicle can continuously climb 2.3 kilometers at a 35% slope without power loss. The acceleration performance at 60 km/h is 2.8 seconds faster than that of traditional products, and the range retention rate in a -20℃ low-temperature environment is 91%.
